CPU running at 100% continously recently

i have an issue with my CPU maxing out.
I have run Hijackthis but cant interprete.

The log file looks ok to me, would you be able to get a screenshot of processes running on your machine from the task manager.

I removed the Kapensky i had running and it solved the problem. Thanks for the assistance
