I am looking to create an inline frame in HTML and it has been a while. Can anyone give me a refresure course?

Its been a while since Ive done web development also here is a quick example <IFRAME SRC="hello.html" WIDTH=450 HEIGHT=100> If you can see this, your browser doesn't understand IFRAME.
