-Symantec has several tools to completely remove its antivirus software. Check their website. -Reinstall .NET Framework from the Microsoft download center. -Delete temporary files and empty the virtual memory from windows, by pressing "stablish" in the performance options (check Windows help for going to VM options).

You can go the c:\programFiles\kaspersky to delete the entire folder if you cant uninstall...
