How do you eliminate the message NSCService when closing down?

When I close down (I am running XP Home Edition) I always get a message about NSCService) and have to click on end program to proceed.

Do you have Norton installed by any chance? I hate that software, I really do, it causes more hassles than its worth!
Anyways I think it might be that Norton is refusing to close down hence Windows is forcing it to close, hence your message

Is there a problem with closing the NSCService when shutting down? what program is it causing this message.
