I've installed a plugin to Photoshop that permits me to create .ico images, but I can't seem to make them with a transparent background. How do you do that?

I found the explanation here: http://www.revolutionwebdesign.com/blog/... Basically changing the colors to indexed, saving as gif and then opening and saving as .ico does the trick.
