When I boot up my computer I cannot seem to find the wireless configuration link in the toolbar. Therefore there is no way for me to connect to my wireless network. Can anyone please tell me how to restore that icon back to the toolbar in Windows XP. Thanks.

Alex, Click Start --> Control Panel --> Network Connections Right click the Wireless Network Icon Check both of the boxes at the bottom (Show Icon... and Notify me ...) That should restore the icon and pop up the notifications you are looking for. Pat
