bluetooth driver

Hi there,
I am using sony vaio cw series, actually i am having problem with bluetooth, last few days ago when i tried to send a file from my cell phone to my laptop it showed sending failed, when i turned the bluetooth on in both my cell and the laptop and i started to search it showed me my laptop's name but when i sent the file it said failed, when i tried to open the settings of bluetooth by right clicking on bluetooth icon i could not open the settings, there is an option Allow a device to connect, but this option also could not be clicked.
Please give me some tips what shall I do to make my bluetooth working, my mail ID is me-nisa@hotmail.com
