Have you tried the HP website? you should be able to download drivers from their support section. Which particular 4315 do you have? http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_...

First search your print set-up for the drivers. If the drivers are not there go to hp official site and download the drivers.After you have downloaded the drivers for your printer go back to printer set-up (add a printer) and scroll down to hp 4300 series and click on that one and then click ok (add). You should have no problem.
