My computer shows a connection to my wireless printer. When I use the provided software the printer is not found. I have no problems connecting to wireless networks just getting the printer to print. I tried setting up a wireless network but that didn't work either.

Have u tried connecting directly to the printer to see if you can print? This way it ensures you have the right drivers. If you dont then try going here http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/supp... and click on start detection so it finds your printer or enter product. When u go into control panel and do add printer, does it find it?

I can connect directly via usb and print; just can't wireless.

Ive been looking at hp support forums and there are a few things to try firstly check your security s/w. Check the firewall allows for the spooler to run then try some more suggestions listed here http://h30434.www3.hp.com/psg/board/mess....id=Networking&message.id=4717
