Hi saeedsaljooghi,

Chances are you have installed the Advanced Networking Pack, which uses the IPv6 protocol. The protocol and related services start by default, and that could be a problem you are into. You will have to uninstall IPv6 to solve problem. Here’s how:

1. Log onto XP using admin’s account or ask your network admin to do so.
2. Right-click My Network Places, and choose Properties.
3. Right-click your Internet connection, choose Properties, then click generals tab.
4. Select IPv6 Protocol and click Uninstall button. Follow the directions and restart your Computer.
5. After your computer restarts, log onto XP as the administrator.
6. Type services.msc in the Windows Start > Run box or at command prompt to run the Microsoft Management Console.
7. In the Services area to the right, right-click IPv6 and choose Properties. Then choose Disabled from the “Startup type” drop-down box. If IPv6 doesn’t show up in the Microsoft Management Console, don’t worry, that means your problem has been resolved if this was the cause.

please post in your comments after you try this, if this doesnot help you resolve the issue, we will need to look at other causes.

Through your article, i think the most possibility is thay there are some viruses in your computer and i suggest you use one antivirus software to deal with it.

Actually most times there is no need to rebuild or reinstalled your PC windows system, what you need is a PC protector. Tuneup360 is good choice, you just need to click one big “fix now” button and get your computer fixed at once.
