Look for Vista Drivers for your card and uninstall the software it's currently using.
what you're running into is a problem with DEP (Data Execution Prevention) that's with windows Vista.
otherwise:
If you can figure out all .exe files that your video card software is using, make a list of the filenames and paths.
Start the computer in safe mode.
Open up your control panel and go to the "system" icon.
Click on "Advanced system settings"
in the performance section, click on "settings"
click on the "Data Execution Prevention" tab.
select the second option and add all your files to the list.
restart the computer in normal mode.

Well, maybe because your browser and windows system are not compatible, you'd better change your browser or maybe you can try the software tuneup360, which can help you solve all the computer problems.
