what does not working mean

have you tried cleaning your keyboard?

is this on a laptop? if so do you have any "special" key pressed? eg my ibm laptop has a func button and pressed with another does various actions. maybe one of them for you is to get certain keys to do something else

Borrow an external keyboard from a friend/workmate etc. and plug it in. Try the characters which do not work. If they work correctly, your laptop keyboard is stuffed. If they don't work, well then that's a mystery to me!

If you type u,i, and o and you get numbers, then your NumLock is enabled. But the h-key is usually not used for special functions.
