First the cd-rom stopped working; when inserted I get the device in bay is not recognized-please remove or reinsert. Now the laptop runs for about 1 -1 /2 hrs and then BSOD and am unable to start back up until it cools? I would like to wipe the computer and start over but have no way to reinstall operating system without cd-rom drive working.
