How do we delete the home page of windows live from popping up continuously whenever we use the computer no matter what site we are on? We have taken this to two experts and they can not clear this problem.. We have tried removing the program, turning the computer off and reinstalling the program. This has failed to work a number of times. Our pop up blocker in set on high security.

Did you have anything like Windows Live Assistant in add/remove programs? Is that what you tried to uninstall? I assume this is all in IE. Try disabling the addon, see if that makes a difference. Go to Tools/Manage add-ons/Enable or Disable addons. You could try also going back to old style email i.e. hotmail. This is what I use. I dont like the new interface, what they call Windows Live. Its somewhere when you login, you can revert back to old style.
