How can I make my returning visitors see what has been updated on my site without refreshing it?

I run a small online business and often adding some new info and images but it seems like my visitors can't see what's new without re-freshing every page on my site. Some people don't realize that they have to refresh in order to see what has been updated. Is there a code I can copy and paste into my html page to fix this problem?

Add this to the pages you want to be refreshed.

<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="numberOfSeconds; url=pageToBeRefreshed.html">

This needs to be located <head> </head> area of your webpage.

Fill-in numberOfSeconds appropriately with the interval in which you want to have the client browser refresh the page. I believe the second argument(after the ";") is optional and if you do not have anything there, the browser will default to its current URL.
