How to link up GIFT card Application which is on c and c++(company s/w) to a Simulator (on java)

well MySelf Kiran,
i am doing my project on Hypercom's POS terminal on Gift card.
well i made my whole application and i want to test their request and response messege throgh my application to work on Simulator which is on java.

so i am confused how i link-up my application to that Simulator.
My application is w.r.t Gift Cards and i am using Hypercom's POS terminal and theie Optmum Developer Tool-kit software, and in this application i have implement2 programs
1 Activate
2 balance
3 Add money
4 Void add value

and fot all this i have 1 dummy gift card and i have swipe that on POS terminal for each and every transaction. so i want that when i will swipe my card then the from that card i will send some request and simulator give me the proper response and this is my basic requirement.
so just let me know how can i merge those two thing....?
is there ant tool for that..?

pls send me the solution as soon as possible
