I use the flat mouse pad on the keyboard and need to fix the scroll and stuff and when i go to the control panel i go to mouse options and play but the either dont work or they dont have a option im looking for.

control panel->accessability options->Mouse tab->check the box that says "Use Mouse Keys" (now your numerical keypad (or the alternate numbers on your laptop's keyboard when the numlock is on) is now your mouse.
