when I press internet exploer on my other computer it wont open what i see is that it has a box but then refreshes and exits right away i dont know what to do but i do know the internet works perfectly fine because i loggged into the old version of windows messenger the modem and router are connected well, so my problem is opening the internet what's causing this?! i'd be so grateful if someone could help me with this thank yoou so much in advance!

Try. Start-Run then type iexplore.exe then press enter Internet Explorer should load up. :)

You can try another browser like Firefox. If you can browse the internet using your new browswer, then maybe you have to reinstall your internet explorer again. Hope this helps.
