Merging ILists in C#?

How can I merge two ILists in C#?
Is there a method that does this or do I have to do it manually?

ArrayList al1 = new ArrayList();
ArrayList al2 = new ArrayList();

al1.AddRange(al2);

Remember that since arraylists aren't sets, dupes won't be removed.
