while you're booted in safe mode, bring up the task manager (ctrl+alt+del)
select file->new task (run) and type in
msconfig
check normal mode and OK. restart the PC.

all four corners.. Any other Ideas you have.... Please I'm going Crazy....LOL

chances are that you took your computer to someone or had them work on it to diagnose something. maybe a driver issue, spyware, bluescreen whatever. I use that configuration myself many times to avoid having to F8 into safe mode manually. some techs forget to set it back.

Well, maybe because your browser and windows system are not compatible, you'd better change your browser or maybe you can try the software tuneup360, which can help you solve all the computer problems.
