What is the most popular website for people to look for jobs on the internet?

I need to post a job for a system administrator and I have been using Monster up to this point, but they seem to be showing more advertisements than job postings which leads me to believe they arent receiving enough business to maintain themselves with their current system. I know they were the top website a few years ago, but has someone taken them over and become the "go to" website if you are looking for a job? A list would be very helpfull.

In LA Craigslist is huge - even for higher positions. A lot of companies (including the one I work for) seem to be using head hunters more frequently too. Aquent is huge for marketing. My bet is there is something just like it for IT.
