Usually freeware is not better than shareware,If a PDF to Word Converter can deal with such complicated task,it won't free.but many pdf converters are cost a lot,it is really out of your budget.
so,i recommend you to try advanced pdf converter 6.0 or
advanced word to pdf 5.0.they are very good.
last week,I downloaded Advanced word to pdf 5.0. It's pretty good in preserving the formatting. It also allow us to convert a lot files at the same time.I am quite satisfied with it.

An substitute for Adobe, I recommend you Tweak All To PDF 3.0 converter:
Tweak All To PDF 3.0 converts all sort of printable documents to PDF with ease. It converts Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad file, HTML, Images of most formats (jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, etc.). The conversion is reliable, with formatting and appearance retained exactly the same to the original file. The conversion allows you to add PDF properties to the output PDF file, like author, passwords, allowed actions, etc. It supports batch conversion, too.

You may find some online OR free trial PDF to Word conversion websites, such as Free trial Nemo pdf to word converter or some free PDF to Word converter software, Free download: <a rel="nofollow" href="http://download.cnet.com/Nemo-PDF-to-Wor... target="_blank">http://download.cnet.com/Nemo-PDF-to...h..., but these freeware doesn’t ensure the conversion quality, either losing data, formatting, or wait for quite a long time. You can also try the paid <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.nemopdf.com/products/pdf_to_w... target="_blank">Nemo PDF To Word</a>, which is worthy, if want the conversion quality and have a lot of files to convert. It supports batch conversion.
