There is also MCTS. There is for .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications. So might be more suited to your needs. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mc...
I guess its also what they consider their new generation http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/ne...

MCAD is for .Net framework v1 If u are developing on v2 then Im not sure this is a good idea - http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mc...

MCP(D) is still useful I guess as that demonstrates strength on a particular product or technology.

MCITP apparently is to highlight your specific area of expertise but I think its more aimed at database work, business intelligence and support and not web development.

My suggestion is to go for MCTS.
But have a look at the links Ive provided anyway, here is the top level link http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/de.... I suggest u read thru and decide for yourself which one is more suited to you.
