As of 3 days ago, I can access the internet explorer (Windows XP) by going to www.msn.com. They have a link for Hotmail but it will not open. If I type www.hotmail.com in the browser it still will not open. I have spent two hours tonight and cannot get to my email. I am going on the 3rd day with no access

Hi Denise, Do you know what version of Internet Explorer you are using? You may want to download FireFox...that is what I use. It's free and maybe if it's a browser issue you'll be able to access it through that. The only thing I can think off the top of my head is that you are using an old version of Internet Explorer (IE) and perhaps Hotmail is using new technologies that the browser doesn't support. I'm assuming that you're able to get to other websites just fine besides MSN?
