anyone knows any tutorials to learn ruby on rails?

I've heard a lot about it, but want to get a "gentle" introduction.

Go to http://www.rubyonrails.org/docs">http://www.rubyonrails.org/docs</a>. There is a lot of documentation there. The tutorials offer a basic introduction. There are also some screencasts which might be of interest to you.
