im doing a project for which i want to auto login into a clients site which is developed using asp.net. u can understand by auto login i think ineed to fill the username and password value and making a submit or login button to click its all done with a single button click on my own html page. pls do help. expecting reply soon. thanks in advance

Hi everyone, i hope your all having a nice time, please am building a firefox extension, which needs to gain access into my University portal (uses user name and password) upon button click on the extension's status-bar, and it has not been able to work for me (the university portal, uses user id and password, to login to students individual page). Am using XUL and javascript for the extension am creating, and the school web site was designed in asp.net, so please can any one help me with the right codes or a link to where i can get the knowledge on how to go about this function.
