If you download this program from microsoft it will show you all programs that startup even ones that are set in the registry. Full usage is explained on this page as well as the download:-

Hey Ashley,
I actually found that I just needed to do the following:
1) Click on the Start Menu
2) Select "Run"
3) Enter "MSConfig" and click "OK"
4) Click on the startup Tab and deselect any programs that I dont want to start
That did the trick.
