In fact Aptana is Eclipse v3.1.1 with the Aptana tools and includes the Mochikit library (http://www.mochikit.com/)

a great list already provided, lets see if I can add some more, if anything for reference's sake well for shareware, if your willing to pay, u can find some here http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downl... for a free one, have a look at the web tools project from Eclipse. It supports the ajax toolkit framework. Its something to look out for, not quite yet available. for open source/free - have a look at eZing builder http://ezingbuilder.sourceforge.net/cms/... another commerical one, not too pricey though it seems http://69.89.25.195/~joyistar/weben/inde...
