Well, I’m sorry to hear that, but if you have internet connection problems, you can try the software tuneup360, which is really helpful~~

Simply burn this to a CD and put it into your CD tray. When it shows an option for an alternate boot (usually the F9 or F10 key), quickly press the key it shows. You may have to go into BIOS to change the boot order:

Once it boots, it's pretty straight-forward; if I remember correctly it should start trying to get your password right away. If you have any users other than Administrator, I suggest using the "Delete" button. It will not delete a user, it will simply skip it.

If you run XP, it will finish within seconds. If you run Vista, however, it may take up to about 15-20 minutes.

Finally, if you run into any problems, you can consult this:

As an afterthought, there IS a way to simply remove the password itself. I've yet to do it myself, but an article instructing how to do so can be found here:

It's not as hard as it is intimidating to look at. You may, however, want to look through the comments, as some of them have troubleshooting in them.

Thank you both so much. Someone emailed me a solution that seemed way to easy however it did work. I am completely computer illiterate too! Lol I pressed f8 and then ran the computer in safe mode. It had a separate administrator that allied me to Ho on and change the password. Yay! Thanks again for your help.

1.The first thing you should do is check whether you really forget login password or not. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account “Administrator” and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget Your user account password then try this:
Start system and when you See Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it’ll show Classic Login box. Now type “Administrator” (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Press Enter and you will be able to log in Windows.

Or you can get into the Safe Mode to reset your account password from “Control Panel -> User Accounts”. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

2. Windows XP and further versions also provide another method to recover forgotten Password by using “Recover Disk”. If you created a Password Recovery Disk in Past, you can use that disk to reset the password.

3.If the two methods above cannot help you,you can find a recovery tool.As far as I know, there are many password tools on the network, but I have used is "Windows password rescuer professional 3.0" ,it is simple and safe that the average person will use it. It can soon reset the password in several minutes.Only four steps can help you reset the lost Windows password:
Step 1: Download Windows Password Recovery
Step 2: Burn bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive
Step 3: BIOS setting
Step 4: Reset Windows password
