email address is something given to you by your internet provider or a free web bbased one. It is not tied to a computer. Where are your documents stored? You could copy them to a usb drive or back them up onto a cd/dvd. Then load onto win7. Are you using some tool to view emails like outlook or thunderbird? they have tools that allow you to export. You can then save that and load onto win7 also.
