is it possible to create a usercontrol with several ITemplate areas in asp.net 2?

I need to create a usercontrol in asp.net 2 that I want to use as a template for creating boxes with the same look on a website. This works fine using the ITemplate area as the custom content of the box, but now I need to have two custom areas in the box and I get a stackoverflow if I add two ITemplate properties.
Do you know how to handle this?
