problems with registerfly?

i have a problem with a domain registered with registerfly.com which is about to expire. I have paid for renewal three times, but it is still not renewed. I can't get in touch with them neither by phone or email.
What should I do? Have anybody experienced anything similar?

Registerfly has been involved with a scam, their CEO squandered many of the funds that were used to run the business. You can read more information here:

I found out it is possible to get an authorization code directly from the control panel at the registerfly site, and with that code I could transfer my domains elsewhere.
